OVERVIEW

The challenge here was to create an environment suitable for a growing family of five as well as areas for entertaining large groups and to emphasize areas with an ocean view while reclaiming a section of the property which was graded as a slope. Design solutions included designing a raised patio area, pool and spa, a fireplace, seat walls, and overhead structure to minimize excavation and removal of substantial soil quantities.
